We've returned to more contemporary techniques after our first crop of Sagrantino in 2009 was foot stomped by vigneron John Davis and Chef Robert Molines and fermented in an old grape bin! Still foot stomp crushed but now by the winery team it is oozing with character. This small batch wine is full of red fruits and balanced by rustic tannins. It is a rich and layered wine with a savoury and elegant finish. The perfect match for game meats and pasta dishes.
