Hand sourced from a unique block on our Tallavera Grove Vineyard in Mount View, the Saddle Block consists of Terra Rossa soil derived from 300 million year old limestone which protrudes from the surface. A textbook Hunter Chardonnay with white peach, green apple & nutmeeg that fills the nose compleatly with intense citrus and creamy cashew characters on the palate from time spent on solids.
