Origins 2023 'Crystals' Chardonnay

Our Carillion Vineyard is situated on the volcanic slopes of Mt Canobolas in the Orange region. Only released in years of outstanding fruit quality, The Crystals Chardonnay is sourced from a select block of our Orange vineyard. Classic cool climate flavours of stonefruits and citrus provide a complex depth in flavour, complemented by subtle use of oak maturation. Enjoy with a wide range of foods including fish, pork and risotto dishes.
